Lime Punch (25 servings)
Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add the pineapple juice, lemonade and 2 cups of cold water. Chill in the refrigerator. When ready to serve, pour lime mixture into a punch bowl with ice and add the ginger ale.
Make the lemonade according to the directions on the can. Add the cranberry juice cocktail. When ready to serve, add the ginger ale and serve over ice.
First make a simple syrup by heating the water and sugar together in a saucepan. Bring to boil. Remove from the heat and add the mashed bananas and fruit juices. Pour into ice cube trays and freeze.
When ready to make the punch, pop the frozen ice cubes into a punch bowl and fill with ginger ale.
