Lime Punch (25 servings)

  • 1 (3 ounce) package of lime Jello
  • 1 cup coiling water
  • 1 (6 ounce) can frozen lemonade
  • 1 (46 ounce) can pineapple juice
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 1 bottle (3 liters) ginger ale, chilled

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add the pineapple juice, lemonade and 2 cups of cold water. Chill in the refrigerator. When ready to serve, pour lime mixture into a punch bowl with ice and add the ginger ale.

Cranberry Punch (12 Servings)

  • 1 can (6 ounces) lemonade concentrate
  • 4 cups cranberry juice cocktail, chilled
  • 2 cans (24 ounces) ginger ale

Make the lemonade according to the directions on the can. Add the cranberry juice cocktail. When ready to serve, add the ginger ale and serve over ice.

Fruity Iced Ginger Ale Punch (approximately 24 servings)

  • 3 cups water
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 can pineapple juice (46 ounces)
  • 1 1/2 cups orange juice
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 3 ripe bananas (mashed)
  • 3 litters of ginger ale (or sparkling water for a less sweet punch)

First make a simple syrup by heating the water and sugar together in a saucepan. Bring to boil. Remove from the heat and add the mashed bananas and fruit juices. Pour into ice cube trays and freeze.

When ready to make the punch, pop the frozen ice cubes into a punch bowl and fill with ginger ale.
