How to Make Deviled Eggs
- 1 dozen eggs
- 1/2 cup real mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup pickles, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup red onions, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Paprika, a dash on each egg
Hard boil the eggs and cool them by running them under cold water.
Shell the eggs and cut in half lengthwise.
Remove yolks and place in a bowl. Salt and pepper the egg whites and set aside.
Add mayonnaise, pickles, and onions to the yolks and mash to combine thoroughly.
Put a little of the mixture into each egg white. Finish by sprinkling a dash of paprika on each egg for garnish.
