Iced Amaretto Coffee Punch (approximately 20 servings)

  • 8 cups brewed strong black coffee (chilled)
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup amaretto liqueur
  • nutmeg and cinnamon to garnish

Mix the chilled coffee, cream, and amaretto and pour into a punch bowl filled with ice. Sprinkle a little nutmeg and cinnamon on top and serve immediately.


Wassail Bowl (approximately 20 servings)

The wassail bowl is a traditional holiday punch in England. It's served hot and spicy! - Just perfect for cold winter nights!

  • 6 cups apple cider or apple juice
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon rind
  • 2 1/2 cups canned pineapple juice

Heat the cider and cinnamon sticks to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for another 5 minutes. Serve hot.

Create a stunning wassail bowl.
Take three small oranges and stud them with whole cloves about 1/2 inches apart.

Place the oranges in a baking pan with just enough water to cover the pan. Bake for 30 minutes in a 325 degree oven. Float the oranges on top of the Wassail in the punch bowl. It gives the entire home the fragrance of the holidays.


Sweet Baby Jesus Christmas Punch (about 12 servings)

This delicious drink is a terrific choice for Christmas parties and Easter brunch, making it the a perfect punch for "Cheers all Year"!

  • 1 (750ml) bottle of sparkling pomegranate juice
  • 4 cups freshly squeezed tangerine (Mandarin orange) juice
  • 1 (750ml) bottle of champagne
  • 3 ounces of Vodka
  • Tangerine slices and fresh cherries or raspberries
Mix juices and pour into pitcher of cubed iced. Pour champagne in and mix well just before serving. Garnish with tangerine slices and fresh cherries.


Mulled Wine Punch (12 servings)

  • 4 cups red wine (such as Burgundy)
  • Peel from and orange and a lemon
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 whole crush nutmeg
  • 5 whole cloves
  • 1 tablespoons of sugar

Mix ingredients in a saucepan and simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes. Strain the spices and serve hot.
