Fruit Punch

Cheers all Year toasts this fruit punch and you will too! There are a lot of fruit punch recipes out there, but this one takes the cake!

  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 1 package of strawberry (frozen or fresh - 8 ounces)
  • 1 can pineapple juice (46 ounces)
  • 1 can of frozen orange juice (6 ounces)
  • 1 package of Strawberry Jello
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 cup of boiling water (to dissolve jello)
  • 2 1/2 cups chilled water
  • 1 bottle of ginger ale or 7-up (2 liters)

In a blender, combine bananas strawberries, frozen orange juice and pineapple juice. You may need to blend few batches depending of the size blender you use.

Dissolve the Jello in 1 cup of boiling water and stir in the sugar. When sugar is dissolved add the cold water and combine the Jello mixture with the fruit juice mixture.

Fresh this mixture in ice cube trays or small molds. When you're ready to serve, pop the fruit mixtures from the trays into a punch bowl and allow them to thaw slightly. Pour the ginger or 7-up over the top and serve.
