Fish Taco Recipe

Top these taco with these traditional fish taco toppings:

Mix dry spices, lime juice, and cilantro in a small bowl and pour over the fish. Allow the fish the marinate for about 15 minutes.

Heat the oil in a cast iron skillet over medium high heat. Pan fry the fish for about 5 minutes, turning once after three or four minutes and continue to cook until done. Fish should easily flake apart when it's ready.

Flake the fish apart using a fork and serve in soft taco shells with the toppings listed above.
