Egg Salad Sandwich Recipe
- 4 hardboiled eggs, chopped
- 1/4 cup pimiento stuffed green, mixed olives diced
- 1/4 cup onions diced
- 2 tablespoons of real mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Allow boiled eggs to cool, and chop into 1/2 inch pieces. In a bowl, mix the eggs, olives and onions.
Add the mayonnaise and mustard and combine well. Salt and pepper the mixture to your own taste and serve on sandwich bread or crackers.
