How to Make Cupcakes
Any cake recipe can be a cupcake recipe. Fill a cupcake pan with cupcake liners to avoid having to grease the pan.
Pre-heat the oven to 400 degree and bake for 18 to 20 minutes. You can check to see if your cupcakes are done by inserting a toothpick into the
center of one of the cupcakes. If it removes without batter on it, then your cupcakes are done. Allow cupcakes to cool completely before icing.
