Blue Cheese Dip
- 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup real mayonnaise
- 1/4 crumbled cup blue cheese
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar (optional)
- 2 tablespoons red pepper, finely chopped
- Fresh vegetables for serving
Mix all ingredients except chopped red pepper until well blended. Spoon into serving dish and sprinkle chopped red pepper to garnish. Serve with bite-sized vegetables.
