Recipe for Bean Dip
- 1 can (10 ounces) black beans, well drained
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt (or salt to taste)
Place all the ingredients into a food processor. Blend well until the desired consistency is reached. Serve with tortilla chips.
