Artichoke Dip Recipe
- 1/2 cup real mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1 can (15 ounces) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- Crackers for serving
Mix mayonnaise and Parmesan well, then stir in chopped onions and artichoke hearts.
Spoon into a one-quart casserole dish. Cover and bake for 20 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
Serve with crackers or toast.
